(i) “Subscriber” means the natural or legal person who has subscribed to the Service(s) by agreeing to the Terms.
(ii) “Terms” means the binding contract between the Company and Subscriber that governs the Subscriber's access and use of the Service(s).
The Subscriber directly provides the Company with most of the data we collect. The Company collects Personal Data from the Subscriber from the following sources:
Directly from users when they contact us via our website, fill out forms to request services, register for events, or communicate with us by email or phone. Automatically through our website using cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies that collect information about browsing behavior and device usage. From third-party platforms such as social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and advertising partners that provide us with analytics or campaign data. From our clients when they provide contact information for event guests or participants in marketing campaigns (e.g., RSVPs, email lists), which we handle on their behalf.
(a) The Company processes the Subscriber’s Personal Data to To provide and manage our marketing services, including campaign planning, content creation, and promotional outreach. To coordinate and manage event registrations, guest communications, and logistics for public and private events. To respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and maintain business relationships. To send marketing communications (with consent) about our services, upcoming events, or relevant brand promotions. To analyze website tra4c and user behavior to improve our services and digital o5erings. To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies..
(b) The Company will generally collect Personal Data from Subscribers only where it needs to create a contract with the Subscriber, where the processing is in the Company’s legitimate interests and not overridden by the Subscriber’s data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms, or where the Company has the Subscriber’s consent. In some cases, the Company may also have a legal obligation to collect Personal Data from the Subscriber.
(c) If the Company processes Personal Data with the Subscriber’s consent, the Subscriber may withdraw their consent at any time.
(a) The Subscriber acknowledges that the Company may share the Subscriber’s Personal Data with its group companies and third-party service providers to o5er the Subscriber the Company’s Service(s) and/or send information or updates about the Service(s).
(b) When the Company processes the Subscriber’s order, it may send the Subscriber’s Personal Data and use the resulting information from credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
(c) The Company shares Personal Data in the following instances To provide our services: We may share data with trusted vendors or partners (e.g., email platforms, advertising networks, event platforms) who help us deliver marketing campaigns and organize events. To process transactions and manage communication: For example, sharing data with payment processors or customer support services. To comply with legal obligations: We may disclose information when required by law, such as in response to lawful requests by public authorities. To protect our rights and security: We may share information to investigate fraud, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, users, or others. With client partners (if applicable): When managing campaigns or events on behalf of a brand, we may share relevant user data with that client in accordance with our service agreement.
(a) Company retains the Personal Data when an ongoing legitimate business requires retention of such Personal Data.
(b) In the absence of a need to retain Personal Data, the Company will either delete or aggregate it. If this is not possible, the Company will securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until it is deleted.
